Sandeman Character Superior Medium Dry Sherry Sip WhiskeySherry Character Superior Medium Dry is a premium quality Amontillado Sherry, aged for an average of nine years in small casks where the pale wines slowly evolve into medium gold amber colors and flavors with subtle complexity develop. Later a small amount of rich Pedro Ximnez Sherry is blended in to make a dry and complex wine with a touch of sweetness.

This extra anejo is aged for more than 4 years in white American oak casks
