Castagna - Adam's Rib Red 2022 Sardegna maintains its richness and preservesAdam's Rib Red is made mostly with Syrah and Nebbiolo with a minor portion of Sangiovese. All estate grown. It works for both its savouriness and for its fruitiness. It's all woodsy spice and blue black berries and while there isn't a great deal of tannin it feels well framed and sustained. It's medium weight, rises on blood orange acidity, and cranberry juice flavours.
